Service charges based on the customisation request on top of the standard offering. The OneBusiness ERP application can be used for many type of businesses without modifications. However we can customise according to customer needs for INR 3500 per hour.
The charges for server setup and installation are charged differently. We will provide a quote for a specific implementation in INR after completing the agreements. The implementation can be totally remote. In addition we travel to your destination within India for an agreed rates for transport and accommodation.

Test Period: To enhance usability and suitability, SPARKIA Tech offers a multi-month test period before making a purchase decision. Non-Returnable Efforts: Efforts associated with implementation, data migration, and customization in both subscription and outright purchase models are non-returnable at any time. Please note the following: Subscription cancellations are not permitted within the specified periods. On-premises installations are non-cancelable due to the installed source code. SPARKIA Tech provides a multi-month test period to evaluate the software before making a purchase decision. Efforts related to implementation, data migration, and customization cannot be returned in any scenario.
